How do I know my solar panels are working correctly ?
All REA POWER Solar Modules feature an individual Maximum Power Point Tracker integrated in the micro inverter to provide both the installer and home owner panel level performance monitoring, maintenance and reporting. If there is a panel issue, your installer will be notified automatically to rectify the issue.
Can REA Solar Modules be used in residential and commercial applications?
Yes, The module is designed to provide more power from a smaller space using the worlds smartest, safest and highest performing solar technology. It features a fire class A rating for use in sensitive applications.
What makes the REA POWERBANK™ different from other home batteries?

All REA POWER solar modules come with a 25 year product and 30 year performance warranty. This includes the integrated microinverter providing piece of mind for the life of the system. POWERBANK comes with a 10,000 12 year product warranty.
Who looks after warranty claims?
The nominated REA Power Partner who installed your system will assess any claim and complete an RMA form for any hardware replacement. Should you not be able to contact the original installer you can register your system directly with REA and we will complete any warranty replacement directly to ensure any system downtime is kept to a minimum.
